Delivery Within the United Kingdom

We dispatch orders from Doncaster, United Kingdom, and offer Standard and Express shipping to supported UK destinations.

For eligible in-stock orders delivered through our standard service:

Our order cut-off is 2:00 PM GMT. Same-day dispatch is available for eligible in-stock orders where payment has cleared and no additional preparation is required.

Custom-cut or made-to-order products may have different lead times.

Delivery to Scotland, including the Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland requires confirmation of availability, charges, and estimated delivery times before payment. Please also contact us before ordering for offshore islands or destinations not clearly covered by our standard service.

Returns & After-Sales Support

We offer a 30-day return request window from delivery for eligible products, with no restocking fee.

Returns are handled by mail or parcel courier, and a return label is included inside the original package.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods: We cover the necessary return shipping.
Change-of-mind returns or customer selection errors: The customer pays return shipping.

An included return label does not mean postage is prepaid for every return.

Unwanted goods should be unused, uninstalled, uncut, and unaltered. Clearly disclosed exceptions may apply to genuinely bespoke or personalised products, without affecting your statutory rights.

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund.

We do not offer direct change-of-mind exchanges. You can return an eligible unwanted item and place a new order for the product you need.
