At CommercialNosing UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our website.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

Items that are custom-cut, made-to-order, or specially manufactured are not eligible for return, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We do not charge any restocking fee.
2. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, CommercialNosing UK will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a prepaid label.
3. How to Return an Item

Email sales@commercialnosing.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs if applicable.

Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and shipping instructions.

Package the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping service.

We will notify you once your return has been received and processed.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after receipt of the returned goods.
- Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account after processing.

If the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will refund both the item cost and the original shipping charge
5. Exchanges
If you require a different size, colour, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@commercialnosing.co.uk.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately at sales@commercialnosing.co.uk or by phone on 0114 360 9100.
